What is the One Euro Wiki?
The One Euro Wiki is a community of ecommerce entrepreneurs, website promoters, and people who want to promote their busineses online and benefit from the collective traffic that's generated by other page-owners and our advertising.
You can buy one page for only 1 Euro (about $1.50 USD) where you can promote your blog, online store, or just for fun. The page(s) you buy will solely have your content. No one else can edit your wiki page.

How are you different from all the other paid wikis?
Our price is affordable for everyone. Our prices will not increase, although the value of each OneEuroWiki page will increase naturally.

How does The One Euro Wiki work?
Every page on The One Euro Wiki has its own word or phrase. (e.g. http://OneEuroWiki.com/My_Word)
You can purchase any available keyword phrase for only one euro.
Why do pages cost 1 euro?
Your one euro will help to contribute to the operating costs and marketing strategy of the OneEuroWiki. We would also like to reduce the amount of spam the flows through free wikis.
I do not have much programming experience. Will I be able to setup my wiki page?
We provide everyone with an Editing Help page that will guide you through how to add content to your wiki page.
Why would I need to buy a page?
There are many benefits to buying a page. As a page owner, you can:

How long does page ownership last?
Once you own a page, it is yours for the life of the site.
How long will the One Euro Wiki be up and running?
One Euro Wiki will be guaranteed to be up for at least 10 years. We hope to keep it running even longer.
Can I resell my Page for profit?
Yes, you can re-sell your Page(s). Selling wiki page names on Auction websites has become very popular.
What words are available for purchase?
You can purchase any word or group of words that does not already exist on the One Euro Wiki and fits the following criteria.
- Words cannot contain meaningless letter groupings like 'kjlhdhsdf'
- Words cannot contain unrelevant numbers (eg. accepted 'Web 2.0'; eg. unaccepted: 'Bread123')
- Words cannot contain punctuation marks except for a period or hyphen
- Words cannot contain unrelevant periods or hyphens (eg. accepted: 'real-time value'; eg. unaccepted: 'Sell-homes')
- Words can be spelled creatively such as 'Whazzup'.
- Words cannot be offensive or X-rated.
- Words cannot be profane slang words, such as 'sh*t'
- Words can use commonly used abbreviations or acronyms like 'DIY' for "Do It Yourself".
- WORDS CANNOT BE A COPYRIGHT NAME, such as "Google", unless you are Google.
How do I tell if a word I want has been taken or not?
You can do a quick search on our Buy A Page.
What is my page’s URL?
For example, if your word is "Law Firm", your URL is http://OneEuroWiki.com/Law_Firm
If you have multiple words like "Search Engine", you can buy page(s) with the two URLS to block against any future competition:

What am I allowed and not allowed to post on my page?
Whatever you put on your page must be significantly relevant to the word or phrase associated to your page. If you were to purchase the page for "Business", the entire page must be business-related.

- Images
- Links
- Blog feeds
- Music
- Videos
- Games
- Flash
- Google AdSense, BidVertiser, AuctionAds, etc...etc...
Not allowed:
- Unrelated content
- Pornographic or offensive content
- keyword spam such as viagra
What kind of support do you provide?
The One Euro Wiki team will do our best to answer your emails and help solve any questions you might have.
I purchased a page, what do I do?
After you buy a page, you will receive an email from us with your username, password, and link to edit your page. Wiki pages will be setup within 24-48 hours. You will be ready to start building your page using the wiki editor (same as Wikipedia's editor), or create your own html page for a more customized look.
How do I add/edit content on my page?
After you've purchased your words, you'll receive a username and password, and a link to edit your page. You can use the built in wiki editor to quickly add text, images, links, and even youTube videos. You can also supply us with an html file and folder of images, that we will incorporate into your wiki page using IFrames.
